i have a 2002 accord coupe. i have around 40k miles. i suddenly noticed my e-brake getting very tense...when i pull it up only a little, it feels tight and as if the brake's fully locked on. but this time, i didn't even pull it up a lot, only a little and it feels like i can't pull it up any longer, is anything wrong?
