how rare is the 92-95 5spd four door civic? i have one and its also a dx for that matter. is there anything special about my car? im gonna sell it soon and want to know if i can get anything special if i go to a honda guy instead of a dealership

ive heard from many people that they were 'harder to find'

not really rare i guess.. maybe just harder to come by?

 

not for us californians nothing is hard to find here, except a nice cheap home and cheap gas

and just to add to my question, ive never seen another eg four door 5spd. always an auto.

but most of the 5spds i see around here are si's and hatches.

i had a 88civic 4dr 5spd with air stock 1.5 and i spanked a crx with a b16a

I have one sitting in the driveway thats out of commission due to water damage.Im in San Antonio,TX and there everywhere.I say sell and try and upgrade to newer.

selling for a newer silverado / yukon / tahoe

 

if anything, MT is cheaper than auto.

 

for me here in NC, its harder to find a MT in an EK civic but i can find MT EGs for a dime a dozen

I live in philly and I dont really see MT EK's that much either. Except SI's

no you didnt

 

toward the end of the eg's (94-95) 5-speeds were more common, a 92 5-speed is a little less common, but it doesnt make it worth anymore...p.s. i have a 94 4-door 5-speed w/ b18b

ya, mine is a 92.

o well, i was hopin it would be worth a little more, but i guess not

 

does it have a b18c5? if so i'd consider it rare... otherwise...

 

92 Rosewood 4dr. 5 speed here

 

form what i've heard, 92-95 ex 4dr's in 5spd were not as common or as easy to find...i hardly see any of those around, hell i dont think ive ever seen one
