The oil in and around your spark plugs is due to a leaky valve cover gasket. The replacement gasket is something like $15 from your local parts store. Remove the spark plug wires, the ground strap on the driver’s side just behind the power steering pump and the 4 10mm valve cover-retaining bolts. Pull the cover, remove the 5 original seals (1 outer seal and 1 seal at each spark plug well) and replace them. Remove any traces of the old gasket and RTV sealant from the head. The RTV sealant will be in the 4 corners of that are created by the hump for the camshaft. Apply light amounts of fresh RTV sealant in those 4 corners, replace the valve cover and torque the 4 retaining screws to Honda’s specifications.
Oil leaking into the spark plug wells is a common problem. There is nothing to worry about. If you have the F22B2 you may want to check and adjust your valve clearances while you have the valve cover removed.
