99-00 Si gauge cluster 3 or 4 plugs

I just got the gauge cluster this week and Im putting it in my 96 DX. I know on my DX theres only 3 harness.. 2 up top and 1 yellow. On the Si theres a 4th plug.. green..any idea what its for? Does my DX have a 4th harness to plug that into?

I think it's for cruise control. You don't need it.
