Default Engine Swap HELP!!!

hey guys, I need help!!! I have a1992 civic dx with the d15b7 I need to replace it because it is shot. There is a 1.6 L engine from a 1998 civic non-vtec with 60k miles for $300. i'm not looking to do anything crazy with the car but it sounds like a good deal.
My question is:
Will that engine bolt up in my car. If not what are some concerns that I should think about. I can already tell that the intake manifold is different so another concern is can I swap intake manifolds because mine is the traditional kind that the ait intake comes in to the side. the one from the 98 comes up from the middle for the air intake.
Can u guys just let me know what kind of things I should watch out for and if this swap will bolt up to my car. Thanks a lot for all of your help. By the way I would like the 1.6L to bolt onto my stock auto trans.... Possible?
