EK hatch lower tie bar into EF hatch
I can get a front lower tie bar from a 96 hatch really cheap from a friend. Now, does anybody know if this will fit my 88 std?
I haven't found any info about it. Thankx

Well, come on Noah, the caption for that picture says "a little photoshop you know" and he did a fine job of executing it.
As far as the original question...I dont know, and I'm pretty speculative about the value of having a front lower tie bar vs something else for the money.

and this is due to the entirely different front control arm design.
the only lower bar that is interchangeable between the common generations is the eg rear lower. the ek is pretty much worthless, and teh eg is getting there.
