D15b7 cam swap help!
Hey all, Im installing a D16a6 cam into my b7 soon, and i have a few questions. I searched for this on here and Honda-tech but couldnt find any answers. OK, what part of the powerband should i notice the cam? Do i have to re adjust the valves? I also have an AEM cam gear, what is the best setting for all around driving and a noticable kick in the pants? and this is the stupid side of me how much should i gain with this swap? Thanks you guys

You should notice more of a kick in the mid to high range. Yes you will have to a do a valve adjustment after the cam install. Cam is half tooth advanced or half tooth retarded..... I believe advanced is the way you wanted to go. Mister Bones had a great write up on it, but cant seem to find it.
