if i'm going to just purchase the itr intake valvesprings, and then move the intake valve springs from a gsr to the exhaust side...do i move both inner and outer springs from the intake to the exhaust side?
i read about people mix-matching different inner and outer springs...but i never did completely understand...some one enlighten me.

Yes. Move both inner and outer springs to the EX side.
