E-Brake pops up.. light comes on, anyone else?

E-Brake pops up.. light comes on, anyone else?
When i take the e-brake off i notice a few minutes down the road that it came back up. It only moves up a few inches but it makes the brake light come on... kind of annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

my 89 hatch does that too...........if u find the problem lemme know.....other than that use a pop bottle wedge it between the seat and ebrake handle......works good!

try adjusting your ebrake....i know mine isnt the tightest but it still works soo....that whay i'd do is adjust it if not live with it till it breaks or something
