i just got a ls b18 but it is an automatic my car is standard
the car is a 97 hx
the motor is from a 99 integra ls
will the transmition bolt up fine and what else will have to be done to do the swap i have all wiring harness's and computers from the integra

you're going to need a 5spd tranny from a similar 99 integra ls and the ECU for the 5spd tranny(the ecu for the engine you have now won't work with a 5spd tranny). also you'll need the tranny mounts too.

 

The motor being from an automatic doesn't really affect anything, but like the other guy said you will need a manual hydro B series transmission. Your D series HX tranny will not bolt up or work, neither will any other D series tranny. The Integra wiring harness will not work with your car either. You have to resuse your stock HX engine harness or any 96-98 Civic engine harness only.
