What in the hell is that?

 

Tuff-Kuff is a wrap around ignition collar lock, anti-theft device that protects both the air bag and the ignition lock from being tampered with.

Has been discussed in the Integra forum. From the discussions gathered, there have been the following conclusions:

-Manufacturing company located in Flushing, New York, operations have ceased due to company going out of business.

Best place to get one is from someone that has one not in use. Good luck finding that person in New York!

Since probably most of the people haven't heard about it here, it is going to be hard to find one, especially if they're going out of bizz. Sounded like a good idea though.
