crv valve adjuent specs

long story short...crashed car..replaced hood..no more tune-up sticker under the hood...
could someone look under their hood and tell me what the specs are intake and exhaust...
thanks in advance...yes allready posted over too..

They are the same as non VTEC integra's...
IN 0.003 to 0.005 in.
EX 0.006 to 0.008 in.
