Does anyone know who would be able to make a custom titanium exhausts for cars? I called the only person who does mandrel bent pipping in s. fl. and they flat out refused to do a custom titanium exhaust, didn't give a reason why...

Find a local fabricator, buy some tubing from burnsstainless.com, have them weld it up. Make sure they know what there doing though, titanium is tricky to weld, specially without an argon filled chamber to do it in.

your looking for tubing first off. Second off most places won't do it because they don't have the facilities nor the capability to weld the ti. You need at the very least a surgically clean tent to weld it in because it has to be fully surrounded with argon, and most people don't have that stuff laying around, especially most people doing exhaust work.

Second off, consider why in gods name do you need a titanium exhaust. I had this discussion with someone earlier in the year. the cost outweigh the benefits in almost all cases unless you have alot of money. Just something to consider, and anyhow best of luck with your search.
