Default HELP! Erratic and sticking idle on ZC

I'm trying to help my friend solve his idling problems on this CRX w/ ZC swap. He bought the car with the swap already done but it was kinda "half-assed". The chassis is a CRX DX and we seem to think that he only really did half of the MPFI swap. The reason I say that is because when we traced the wires on some of the plugs to the intake mani. we found one that used to go to the tandem valve on the DX motor. I believe the wire color was blk/yel and orange. Not sure if that is the problem or not.

The problem:
Engine cold - RPM at ~2700
Engine warm - RPM at ~2700

We've adjusted the idle back down to ~750 and when you tap the throttle it'll jump up and stay around 2700-3000RPM's. He is also throwing a CEL code 10. We've replaced the EACV with one from the junkyard but the problem is the same so we went back to the original one. The TPS was broken so the previous owner kinda ghetto wired it up with no plug. We tried adjusting the TPS back and forth and the voltage reads: .62v closed throttle, 4.2v WOT at the moment. Tired adjusting the idle with the screw on the throttle body and the throttle cable itself and the result is the same.

Need to get this solved ASAP! Thanks for the help

fast idle senso, slide a piece of a cereal box inbetween it and the intake manifold and tighten it,see if it helps.if it goes away thats it.also it could just be a vacume leak.

just a wild as guess, but look at the throttle cable from one end to the other and make sure its not kinked around a tight corner.
