I'm sorry to hear of the problem you are having with the SRR Final Drive... Going by the photos, my first reaction is that there may be an installation problem? But I'm not saying that is the problem...
We are also distributor for SRR here in the US and I have never seen this before. I run an SRR 4.9 Final drive in my former HondaChallenge/ now Honda Cup B20 powered Integra which makes about 250 WHP and have experienced no problems at all. However we do have our final drives installed by a very good Honda Tech, and it is not just a five minute job.
I don't want to get into this too much as we did not sell you the parts, but I'm sure your supplier should be able to work something out with SRR on your behalf ? I've always found them very easy to deal with. If you don't have any luck, PM me and I'll see what I can do.
