Motor has 79,838 miles on it.
I just had it smogged 4 days ago, and it passed with flying colors:

I am the original owner, and I have regularly maintained it with Mobil 1 synthetic.
LOL, I'll even keep the FRAM quickdrain plug in it.
The engine pulls hard (well for a d16y7 at least), and has never had any mods on it. 100% stock for its entire life.

This is a complete changeover.
Motor, 5 speed manual tranny, shifter/rods, axles, intake (brand new filter), Power steering pump/bracket, AC bracket (but not the chasis mount, compressor, or the idler wheel, BRACKET ONLY).

I'm NOT including the harness, or mounts (other than the rear engine mount).

I'm pricing this thing to MOVE NOW: $500 FIRM, YOU PICK UP.

I'm located just a few miles from the Los Angeles Airport, but I won't be here for much longer.

Oh forgot to mention ... also includes the COMPLETE exhaust from the manifold back.

The exhaust manifold was just replaced 200 miles ago UNDER WARRANTY, which means it has a BRAND NEW CAT.
