Default 95 hatch auto to man

I have a 95 hatch and i converted to man and put in the jdm d15b vtec engine. now the engine is at a slight angle. It is way to high on the passenger side. I have a 92 s20 tran and i am using the 95 man trans mounts. Any suggestions?

what did you do exactly for the tranny mount? at my shop we weld on a new manual mount since the factory auto mount is way off, so you did not mention anything about changing the mount, and thats really all that has to be done chassis wise then you would not have any angle issues.
