ECU Fucked??
For the last 2 weeks since i put my swap back in my tps wires have been reading crackhead voltage. The 5 volt wire is jumping around from 12 -13 volts when i have my gsr ecu on. when i tried my obd2 auto ls ecu it shows around 18-19 volts. so its leading me to beleave that its not an ecu issue but a wiring issue. i no for a fact my engine harness is fine. what else do these wires go to that could have a short or anything?
My car is a 96 auto Integra SE with a gsr swap and a jumper harness to make it obd1.

Thats is very odd, and both ecu's too
Is your voltmeter digital or analog?
Which wire are you testing (just to confirm)
Have you any other way to check what that sensor is reading? IE Datalog Port, OBD Port?

im using a digital voltmeter but i think its taking a **** on my because its reading my battery and 7 volts and its fully charged. im taking the reading from the wires them self. i removed the wires from the plug to read them to make sure they are showing the right voltage
