the one that runs the fuel pump is the mian relay located under the dash on the drivers side. when you turn on the ignition listen for the pump to make noise..... if not it's more than likely the relay.

thanks tx, but I did not see any fuses under the dash, what color is it? Most of the other fuses/relays are under the hood right? BTW this is a 96 accord...
