Default good bushings replacement strategy?

ok, so one of the things that has always bothers me about my 93 integra in the squeaky noise I've gotten ever since installing eibach pro springs and tokico shocks. I've decided to overhaul my cars suspension in hopes of fixing this problem, and because eleven year old rubber just isn't as good as it used to be. I've searched about energy suspension and prothane and the ups/downs of polyurethane suspension components.

but the real thing i want to know is, what, if you wanted to overhaul a cars entire suspension would you guys replace with polyurethane vs mugen rubber or oem replacement rubber.

thanks alot in advance!

i relize thats alot of words with little meaning up there but, come on. I know the energy suspension master set doesn't cover everything, I was thinking about getting:
- energy suspenion hyperflex kit (black)
- mugen rear trailing arm bushings

but I don't have a clue about what else to get. SHould it be a (get everything else that srubber) type of thing or a (replace whats cracked and crumbling) type or deal. I just want to know so I can start on what I know is the real fun... INSTALL TIME !!!

thats pretty much all you need.

you could just get oem trailing arm bushings. but if you want get an extra set of trailing arms so you can have the mugens pressed in and not have too much down time. then you'll have a spare set of arms that you can either sell or just have to get another set pressed in when you need.

i dont know.. i need to do mine..so let me know if your squeaking goes away.

if that works, im gonna do mine with OEM honda bushings becasue i dont like the squeaking of the polyurathene..

rubber doesnt squeak.
