I am working on an H22 swap for my freinds 98 2dr Coupe. We have the engine in and wiring harness setup but the motor wont start because of a fuel problem. To start it u need to unplug the fuel pump so that the engine wont flood then once it starts to studder u need to plug and unplug untill its past about 4k rpm. Once u let the car try to idle without unpluging the fuel pump it just gets flooded. What could be the cause of this problem???!!! We are using a GSR computer but the wiring harness is setup for a prelude computer.....could it be that.......if not what else could it be???? PLEASE help!!!!!!

P.S we tried the use of a resistor box from a CRX and got it to do what its doing now before the resistor the car didnt even sputter.
