Well i purchased A Hobart Tigmate from B18c1cya a few weeks ago and finally got some time to weld on it
This is my second attempt @ trying to weld a collector and i must say it came out better than the first time (thanks Full-race Geoff
)...It still could use alot more work but its 100x better than my first.

Looks good!
But you wanna make the collector at the lowest angle possible. Hence the name "low-angle merge" collector. You want to provide the lowest angle possible for the collector so it will flow better. So i recommend using 5inch collector pipes unless you have to use the length that you have used for fitment reasons.
TIG is all about practice. Remember no to pulse the pedal tryin to emulate the 1/2 moon looks. That will come with torch time.
Good luck!
