Default Vehicle speed sensor

Ok I need some electrical help. After replacing the wore out F22B2 in my LX the speedo stopped working. I check the sensor for power (theres a little over 12 volts) it has a good ground, and when I check the pulse I get a reading of 4.8 volts and as I spin the tire the voltage drops. If this is correct then what sould I look for next. and where is the fuse for the speedo or what fuse is it listed as?

the magnetic pickup on the VSS might be messed up. If you used the same tranny...it should still have your old VSS on it. If you swapped trannies too...get the old one off the old tranny.
