Default H23 difficulty

I was told by a couple of local guys that an H23 would be a direct bolt-up and plug-in affair in my 94 LX Accord. They said there would be no rewiring or modifications involved in the swap. my question is how true is this? and If I decided to run a turbo on the F22 with a auto tranny could I put a Hondata set-up on it our would I have to put in a manual tranny?

it would be the same as an h22a swap without the addition of vtec wiring . you will need to extend, i think its 2, sensors/wires . and add a knock sensor if you want . and use a prelude driver side mount that is slightly modified . but other than that, thats basically it .
