Default Bseries vs Dseries fuel pumps

Who knows if the flow rate on Bseries-94-01 fuel pumps are different than Dseries cars-92-95, and if they are does the whole assembly fit meaning that 6-8 bolt plate with the pump assembly. I did a search an could not find rock hard answers(seemed more like guesses). Thankyou
