Default Might not be a Honda, but Dyno results from my gst 501whp

I was told by somebody that it might be of interest to some people on here

not fully tuned on race gas, ran out of time. mix of 93 and 114, maxing out the boost controller with an internal gate on 29psi, still in the low 11s on the wideband, very rich. time for an external

quick rundown of mods- hks 272 cams, magnus intake manifold, pte mitsu bolt on gt35r, slow boy racing stage III block (manley rods, ross pistons). Completly stock head other than the cams. a few other things as well

went 12.08 @ 119 with a few boost leaks and a bad tune a couple weeks back

Ummmmm, it's not bad because I dont make 500whp, but 500 whp at the front wheels. People are running that on stock blocks, at all 4 wheels. After seeing what you have I kind of expected more, but as you said its not the cars max power yet. You still could use better gas, and lean it out more. Keep up the good work.

and how many of those cars are reliable and driven everyday? I also have a bone stock 2g head on my car. I drove the car 700 miles to the dyno, 700 miles home. And its not fully tuned yet, about 11.2 on the wideband on race gas, which is very rich, and i didn't touch my timing map. maybe it didn't impress you, but i guess i can't build my car for everybody. the block won't let me make more power but its damn reliable, i don't to have my setup in risk of blowing up everyday. its damn good in my opinion for all that is with the car.

It's not a honda, but that license plate should still be blurred out I would think.

True, you should blur it out for all the thieves out there. It is a funny plate though.

tons of people see the car everyday, and can find me if they want to. I don't see why everybody blurrs it out, I am more scared of locals then somebody on here.

looks like a good setup!

did you run that 12.0 on slicks or street tires?

20psi at 3900 rpm

I ran a 12.0 on slicks, this thing doesn't hook on street tires, and that was with 3 huge boost leaks I didn't know about. I should be hitting up the track in the next few weeks to get a baseline before it gets some more work done
