brake lights...need help

brake lights...need help
my brake lights wont turn on..i check my fuse and everything...when i turn my light on my taillights turn on but when i step on the brake it doesnt turn on..i figure that the little harness that is under my brake padel probably came loose..anyways can anyone tell me where that is located..i try lookin under there but no luck..thanks for any help
