Unless your friends GC's are acting as some sort of exhaust sytem, then you should be fine for an "Emissions" inspection.

Probably needs to raise it to clear the dyno drum (yes, our emissions tests are on a dyno here, but they don't measure cool stuff like horsepower and torque).
Anyways, you've gotta lift the car (or jack up one corner at a time) to unload the suspenion. With the suspension dangling, loosen the alan screw in the Groundcontrol colar (should be the golded thing wrapped around the red threaded sleeve). Once this is loosened, you can twist the colar. To raise the car, twist the colar UP. The higher you put the collar the higher the car will sit. You can probably go too high and make the car look like an off road vehicle. Just twist the collar until it's around 2.5" higher than its starting position.

sorry i think every1 misunderstood....uh so for the emmissions test u will roll ur car onto these wheel thingies that will keep ur car in one place while the dude "drives" ur car.....basically just wheels moving while they measure the **** ur car emits.....uh well either way even if u don't need to raise it i'd like to know how cuz he wants to do it whehter its for the test or not
