Why does your dash look so shiny? Is it painted or just caked w/ armor all? I like the layout of it though

Looks good, I have to admit that when I read the title I feared the worst. But you pulled it off nicely.

That is probably the best DIY I have seen! It looks like it is supposed to be like that.

I had painted the dash panel with semi-gloss paint. It's too shiny for me as well. I'm going to redo it this upcoming Spring and paint it flat black so it blends in much better.

I'll do a write up soon. It wasn't too hard to do, but it wasn't a walk in the park either.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by DnB TeK &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">..climate control is plug n play from the integra to the civic??? what kind of quik release setup to you have??? </TD></TR></TABLE>

Yes, the climate control is plug and play. I was surprised myself the first time I went to install it. I was originally going to use a Del Sol climate control unit but it was just a tad bit too wide. I purchased a wrecked Integra GSR for its engine and disc brakes and it happened to have full interior and after some brainstorming I decided to give the Integra control unit a try.

I have a Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel with Momo hub and a NRG quick release. The steering wheel sticks out much further and with it being in a CX, there was no tilt steering, so the steering wheel took a bit getting used to. When I pulled the dash I saw that I could add 1/2 spacers to drop the wheel down to a comfortable position and that made all of the difference.

Thanks for all of the positive comments.
