Does anyone know the spring rates on H&R race springs for a lude? I searched, but came up with nothing. How's the ride? I want something stiffer around 10K in front and 8K in back. Any suggestions besides custom rated GCs?

 

I have them on my prelude. Perfect drop, firm ride.... love them. Good idea to upgrade your shocks along with the springs, I have a 1 finger gap in front, and no gap in the rear. Here are some other related threads.

ya these are great springs, the 4th gen ones are 1.9f and 1.6r drops, i dont know the rates but they are super stiff! jus how i like tho hehe

 

sup man. i happen to have the H&R race springs for the 4th gen. the springs are great but a bit bumpy at times due to the high spring rates. i think the drop is 1.9 up front and 1.6 in the rear. the front is lowered pretty nice, but the rear could be a little lower. i say u should get the h&r race springs for the 5th gen because it lowers it 2.0 in the front and 1.8 in the rear. theres still a bit amount of body roll but its better than stock at least. overall the springs are great paired with koni yellows.
