Default h22 half size radiatior?

I'm running a h22 turbo and i could use some more room,so my question is
can i run a EG double core Radiatior and still be safe?I know i lot of guys use their stock one with a h22 swap in a civic, but i don't know if this will apply with turbo
heat..

Damn, this is good news because I'll need a new rad soon. More engine bay space and less weight

I'd expect to fab up some stuff, but I guess the only other question is is there any Civic rad that will bolt in easier than another?

all civic radiators will need custom mounts as far as i know.
and the radiator i have is NOT dual core, its a thicker aluminum core radiator. the only dual core radiators i found were brass core....

Sure it works in the EG/EK chassis, and i have no doubt a dual core civic radiator will cool the H22 fine.
But what im curious about is how big a problem will that huge a/c condensor be hogging up all that air??? Though the radiator will still have just as much cooling capacity as the stock, you are still reducing the surface area behind the condensor.
Any comments???

Our plans are to convert to a Civic Aluminum radiator for next race season.

Im running a C&R dual core civic in my 5th gen turbo. Gave me tons of room, and cools just fine.

you could also use a Fluidyne radiator for a gsr.

you might have to fab up some custom mounting brackets,

but that shouldn't be too hard........good luck which ever route you go
