I have a 4th gen H23a. My setup is only the base I/H/E, I was thinking about getting some crowers. Would there be an advantage for me to go with the stage 2's? And if I did what would I have to modify so that they might work properly? or should I just get stage 1's?

 

I have seen a 12hp gain off of Crower stage ones and a DC header untuned. So I amagine that stage 2's with tuning should yield more. With the stage 2's you need to upgrade the springs and retainers.
