Hey i was just wondering what you guys thought of a black roof going on an EG hatch painted champ white?

I really like this EK it looks good on it, but haven't seen a champ white EG with black roof.... opinions?

 

I think it would look ok.

 

Don't paint the roof black, thats ghetto. If you wanna have that look, get the roof overlayed with carbon fiber.

I've always thought that if your get a CF hood, rear spoiler and hatch, might as well tie it all together with a black roof.

Looks stupid if it's not, like it's not finished.

but.... if you saw someone who wore a pink neon green t-shirt and he looked like a *** in it, but he thought he was cool... I know you would atleast advise him that he looked like a *** and not b like, do wut u want. haha

take a look at the hatch on green-bottle.com it's white with white wheels and a black roof.

I personally wouldn't paint my roof black. It's not like someone will be looking at the top of your roof. Most of the time it will be hardly ever notice (if your lookin at the car from a side view).

 

main reason i was thinking of painting the roof black was in order to keep me warm inside of the car.

I like the look of a black roof, go for it

 

I wanted to do it on my 4dr after my cousin did it on his evo. It looks really nice IMHO. I say go for it.

 

Do what you think looks good to you. I would leave the roof white. But if you do paint your roof black, make sure you paint your wheels green also.

 

yeah why not everyone else is gonna be trendy... im going to pick up some red wheels after work while im at it and paint my roof black!!!

asking for opinions now. so if the people who keep saying do what you want would stop saying it.... that would be nice.... and state an opinion on what you think of it... i'm not asking for you to tell me what i should or shouldn't do.

If you really want to make your car look great, you should get graphics overlayed on the side of the doors and roof...Maybe even the hood too. I heard this guy Troy Lee has cool designs, I think they used them in some car racing movie...But I haven't seen it yet.
