Using up oil!

Using up oil!

Seems like I need to add a Quart or two a month. I do drive about 50mi a day and I don't seem to be burning oil.

Is this typical?

no, i drive over 500 miles a week and everytime i check my oil its never had any noticable losses. you have a problem.

It may be that you have an oil leak somewhere...

Any evidence of an oil leak? Puddles, grime on engine, etc...

Nope, no leaks, no smoke on start up or at all.
No splatter in the engine area either.

A friend of mine said hers needs oil every so often but she couldn't say how often.
