Default b16 ecu

I have a b16 swap for my 89 si crx. I need to know if the ecu will plug into the plugs already there. Also if it will plug right in, is it posible to put the ecu in before the swap is put in.

The B16A ecu will plug into your harness. You could use it, but you would get a check engine light because you don't have VTEC.

Yeah it will plu right in but..........you will have to wire up the vtec solenoid, vtec pressure switch, knock sensor, and o2 sensor. Have fun, it's worth it!

if the ecu is a OBD0 PR3 or PW0 then it will plug in but you will need to add wires for vtec, vtec oil press switch, knock sensor, second O2. you can make this setup or hasport makes a subharness that makes it easy to do.
