Ebay HID Xenon Bulb review
Just got my bulbs on ebay. They were 6000k rated. Got them for about $20 shipped I believe. I definately think it was worth it. The only thing I cannot tell you is their lifespan seeing how I only installed them tonight. See for yourself:
BTW: Those shitty little yellow wedge bulbs you see will be replaced with PIAA Xtreme White 168 ones. Oh yea, if you have 56k, may your modem burn in hell, sorry.
Hope this was helpful.

What type of HID kit is worth buying? I was thinking about HID's for a while but i dont know enough about lights to tell what is good. Can someone post a link to a good kit?

I honestly don't think it's worth the 2 or 3 hundred dollars for a kit. I am perfectly content with the HID look. I'd rather save the 300 and buy hondata or something.

I have a retrofit done to my car...I wouldn't go back to just regular headlights after having projectors done to my lights. Here are pics of some lights that I've done already. Did these a few months back...I have more, but don't wanna post too many pics.

i bought the 20 dollar ones from ebay too, i think you got the same one i did.
Anyways, if you're concerned about longevity, i've had mine for over half-a-year and they are still in the same condition as day one.

I've used BMW 5 & 7 Series projectors, Audi TT projectors, S2K projectors, and Maxima projectors...The ones I liked the most would have to be the BMW 7 series cause they give off the purplish tint to them...Audi TT projectors are the easiest to work with since they're only 2" projectors and BMW's are 2.5-3" projectors

thanks. Im sure ebay would be the best and cheapest way to get the projectors. also what else is needed to finish off the headlights? projectors, bulbs(any particular ones?), and custom brackets. am i missing anything.

No real particular products needed. You pretty much have to customize your own brackets. Different projectors use different bulbs. Some use D2R bulbs and other D2S bulbs. When you glue them back together, I would suggest putting silicone on the outside of it along the creases as well to keep it sealed up a little better
