Winter Time ... How should I store my S?
Hey Guys, I'm putting my S away for the winter
and I had some questions regarding storing the car for a long period of time ... if the car is not being driven for 4 - 5 months will this cause any potential problems with the shocks and or the tires come spring time ... also, I have been starting the car and letting it run for 10 - 15 mins to let the motor run and warm up should I continue to do so and is there anything else that I should to avoid any problems when the car is back on the road.
Thanks for the help.

Starting it up and then letting it run then turning it off does more harm then just letting it sit.
-Get some gas stabalizer and put that in. It has all the direction on the bottle of what to do for it.
-Wash and clean inside and out of the car
-Put your car up on jack stands so its not resting on the tires to leave flat spots.
-Lay the tires flat and keep them covered along with the car.
-Like above keep the car covered. A car cover helps too
-Your going to want to take your battery out of the car and keep it on a steady charger thing.
-Just let the car sit for how ever long your storing it and let it be.
There are a ton more things you could do, but thats just the basic things you can do and be just fine.
When your done storing it, make sure to get an oil change. If you do a search for car storage, I'm prett sure you could find more info. Even try searching on Google.
