Where can you get the ball joints seen in this pic

I figure that these couldnt be that hard to make. My Dad works for a company that makes the vehicals that build and maintain Railroad tracks so they have the guys that can weld their butt off and they have the materials other than the ball joint. Anyone know where to pick up a pair or two???
