Can you choose exhaust tip size with aftermarket exhaust?

Can you choose exhaust tip size with aftermarket exhaust?
I want to buy the DC Sports TCS catback but would rather have a 3" tip intead of the 4" that it comes with.
Does anyone know if you have tip size choices or am I stuck with one size?
I could email DC Sports, but I've always never heard back from companies (with the exception of Neuspeed). Plus I thought what other people on the board thought about it.
