It comes down to your skills as a driver a lot of times. I do not recommend you and your buddy go street racing; I say take it to the track. Because if both are stock and you're a better driver, then you can show him up in front of big crowd of people at the track instead of getting all 2Fast 2Furious-status.

Just so you know, it is better to not ask "who would win" questions because it will make some people kinda angry... Now in your thread, you could have asked it a little differently; maybe like:

"Since our cars are both stock, what could I do to get an edge at the strip? What would be a good tire pressure? Or at what speed/and or RPM should I hit 3rd and 4th to take advantage of..." or questions kinda like that.

I'm not trying to flame you or anything, I just want to help you out so that next time you wont ask a bench-racing question. Good luck, I personally think that you can take him but you wont know until you go out and give it a shot.
