What tach do you guys recommend cause the si tach is like 400 rpm off.

get some ctr mirrors and headlights then it be money!

Looks great, I'd just lose the EX and Civic badges and paint the lip.

As for the tach, how come you don't just shift 400rpm later on the stock tach?
