balistic CRX, his girlfriend, his lil brother and i just got back from burger king.

pulled my car up in my garage and we kicked it there for at least 30mins. next thing we knew we saw 2 police cars pulling up with there high beam side light facing us. one of the officers got out of the car and said "good evening" i replied back saying how's it going. officer said "great". the other 2 police officers got out of their car and walked towards us in the garage. i said "what's going on?? 1 officer said....."we've been having some complaints the past few nights saying a white honda civic passing by so fast back and forth around this neighborhood." i said "what??!! i dont know what there talking about." the officers looked at my car and said " this is your honda right??? i replied back saying "yes". then he said....."one of your neighbors have been complaining about your car." i said "what"?? i told them "my civic is messed up how the f@*@k. i also told them its probably my toyota celica that they heard.....hheeheheheheeh because i have an exhaust leak on the exhaust manifold. he then asked for my drivers license. gave it to them and then ran and checked it in. all i heard from the other person that the officer was talking to was ...."CLEAR". then later ran my license plate too. i said to my mind wtf??why my car?? then i heard that word "CLEAR" again. officer later then handed my drivers license back and said" you're being warned already...next time we will file a criminal case on you...any questions??" i said nope" i then mumbled to myself as they were walking back to there car "damn pigs trying to get me" then later gave me a stomachache....hehhehehehehehee.

from now on i better keep it cool around my neighborhood. you dont know who your true neighbors are ne mistake.......with my civic.....all they have to do is write down my license plate......and there goes a criminal case......which i dont intend to mess with....hehehehehehe

tip and advice to everyone do not speed around your neighborhood specially when you have just recently moved there. I'M BEING WATCHED NOW!!YIKES!!heheheheeehheheheeh

 

I hear you, damn neighbors act cool one day and the other they call the cops on you. i had that happen to me before; i was burnin out by my house, then about 30 mintes later cops show up and say "we have a complaint from your neighbors about wreckles driving from you" i was like "what!!!!Wreckless???me????" so the cop tells me that he has just "warned" me and the next time i was gonna get a "citation".

My neighborhood hates me! Me and my freinds always come to my house like at 3 in the morning and we turn on my compressor and start changing wheels, turbos, anything! I park cars all over the place and test my car on my road everytime I do something to it. Don't be like me. If I was my neighbor I would of kicked my *** already!

 

That sucks, at least you didn't knock the pig down for insulting you or you wouldn't have written this down right know, nevertheless it is a very smart thing to keep a low profile in your neighbourhood and town.. I managed so for two years but blew it in one week during illegal 1/4 mile sprints, I'm on the black list now! .. Ah well ........**** happenz!

i forgot to also mention as they were walking back to their car.......after they said have a nice evening......i said....."OK" HAPPY NEW YEAR! damn cops didnt respond back...i said wtf????i was being cooperative and these a@@hole didnt respond back.

yeah....enough for me driving fast back and forth around this neighborhood.heheheheehehehehehehe

Lucky you don't live here in san diego the cops would have impounded your car no questions asked. Cops are really starting to **** me off, I used to believe that they were out to protect the peace of everyone, but have come to find out that is bs when it comes to the sdpd.

it's funny, my neighbors yell at me for doing 25 because my car is loud, then i see them tail-gating me to get to there house. hahahaa. they suck. oh well. i don't care who you are, you tailgate me, whether a friend or not, i don't care. you're gonna get the brake-check. did that to a toyota, i was coming up at a light, he was tail-gating me, light turns yellow, i hit the brakes. toyota pickup can't stop fast enough and ends up next to me diagonal in the lane. stupid toyota pickup. i want a first gen CRX anyway. hahahaa j/k. that would have sucked, but he backed off when the light turned green. to me, yellow means stop, not floor it.

 

I can't see how they can cite you for something they did not see.

There is no citizens arrest because it isn't Hazard county, Cooter. All they have is the word of a neighbor. I can say I saw my neighbor speeding up and down our road, but if the cops don't see it, they can't just go cite him because I said he was making noise.

one time i was driving down the street at like 9 in the mornin. going at a brisk pace shifting at around 5.5, i turn a corner and see a woman walking her dogs, i slow down to about the speed limit when im around 70 yards away, i wasnt going fast before i slowed down, as i came upon her she was yelling and shaking her fist at me!! I srugged and got on it HARD as i passed her. bitch.

I'm all for going fast but in neighborhoods? are you stupid? I have a hard time reacting well at 25/30mph when a kid mysteriously pops out from behind a parked car I couldn't imagine going 50+. My god I fear for any small children and animals in your neighborhood. My opinion never really counts for **** but in this case the officer is keeping someone's child alive.

do you think.....an innocent person like me would do such a thing?????i dont think so. i was only going back and forth twice 30miles an hr (using 1st and 2nd gear) after i put my adjustable fpr on my car. anyways there's always sheriffs around here..i understand my neighbors concerns...thats why i promised myself i wouldnt get into trouble.

from reading other peoples opinion about kids being in the neighborhood....i wont deny that i dont understand that.....but the incident was during 2am after i put my adjustable fpr. and i know....kids are dead asleep in there bed.

 

you wanna hear some real BS..............me in my crx lowered with a kit my friend with a lowered 93 gs integra and my other friend with his 98 integra with jdm type-r front end and 18's and shiz were at the local mall and went from the top floor on the parking garage to the 2nd floor and drove down there for a minute then parked, a security rent-a-cop comes up and tells us to leave so we tell him were waiting for a friend he says ok you have 5 minutes were like ok! the kid was a kid that we made fun of in high school so he didnt like us much anyways !
anyways our friend came and left so were pulling out of the garage and the kid follows us in his suzuki mall security car with his cute little yellow blinky light on, and right as we pull on to the main road a cop passes by makes a u turn passes by again and pulls all 3 of us over and the rent-a-cop kid said we were reckless driving so they put us under citicens arrest!!!! im like wtf???!!?! i didnt do ****, so we sit in the rain for an hour and a half because some kid thought he was a real cop!! but the funny part is that kid isnt gonna have a job soon because he messed with the wrong people!!! he said we were screetching our tires and doing doughnuts!! yes in our front wheel drive hondas. we all got reckless driving tickets!! straight bull shiz!i have a court date in febuary for this!!

ohh and my house is just off of hwy 12 in ca so thats my test track at the end of my driveway is the highway so i can mash on test runs all day long!!

thats what i do too....my house is around the block of highway 29 going towards NAPA. i do all the mashing there not here around my neighborhood from what people think.

regarding about your court..hmmmm....tell the judge the kid has personal angers on you guys...thats why he's telling all those lies to the officer.

 

well ok man thats not so bad. you made it sound like you were were driving too fast and wanted to mess up your neighbours for turning you in... at least thats how i read it. 30mph isnt anything too crazy esp in the middle of the night but if you've got a loud exhaust you do have to recognize the people are trying to sleep.

just keep it safe man and hopefully the cops will leave you alone
