car is a 00 hatch with b16 swap. what's wrong with it? need new O2 sensor?

i'm running a P28 OBD1 ecu with skunk2 chip

 

this is code 1 :

1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1


if your oxygen sensor is not plugged in, then you may get this code, other than that, yes you probably need a new one.
