Default Since the search is disabled currently... what is P06 ECU???

So we got this ECU chipped to a GSR profile... it was supposed to be a P28 but it's a P06. It hits VTEC at right about 4900 and doesn't seem to have a rev limiter that we wished to find on the stock valvetrain of a JDM GSR. The VAFC actually read 8904 for us. So why isn't there a rev limiter at 8200-8300 and what the hell is the P06???

P06 is supposed to be an OBDI 92-95 Civic DX ecu.
