Yea I bought it on the day it came out on Jan 1, 2002 here in Japan and I beat the game 6 hours later.. 
kind of short but what do you expect for 2900YEN. 
also 51 cars isn't that much!! 
but much improved handleing physics...
Over all not bad for the price..
