Default orange county NY autocross [at airport]

anyone ever run here? thinking about going in the spring. How does it compare to the WSCC held at the Palisades Mall?

i know it's not the time of year for this but i really wanted to go this year and 4 weddings to attened made it tough.

it would make for a cool meet though...

WSCC doesn't run at the Palisades Mall (They haven't been there in about two years). The PSCC airport autox's is basically an out and back autocross. It will definitely teach you about transitions, but there are no sweepers because of the narrow course.
Contact Rodney on this board, he knows it well.

Come on down to Giants Stadium for autocrossing next year! Many clubs run there - including NASA, M-Club, & the PCA.

Orchard Beach is nice, but since it is a city beach, it cannot be open to autox between Memorial Day and Labor Day (basically the Summer).

I know a couple of people who run at Orange County Airport. I was planning on going up there on their last event in October. The one problem I hear about their site is they cancel the event if it's raining or wet. Because going off course would take you into the grass/dirt and you could have a roll over.
