Default How to tell difference between cams - appearance wise?

I bought a jdm b16a from a kid that didnt really know much about what he had. Just wondering if this motor had any special cams in it or not, is there anyway to tell? The only markings I have found on them so far is a "B" on the exhaust cam. As soon as I saw that I was like, whoa Toda B's... is it my lucky day or am I going to be dissappointed?

Again, it is a JDM b16a - came with cable LSD YS1 tranny, exedy clutch and flywheel, and a DC 421 Header. So I think it might have more mods... thanks!
