i have searched, this is odd, no one can figured it out...

We had a 94 Prelude 5spd h23....Swapped in a JDM h22a with LSD tranny, and once driven, it sounds like the axels are binding up bad! So we put the origonal H23 axels in and same ordeal. The LSD axels and NON-LSD axels appear to be the same length as does both the half-shafts....can u help?

 

The axles are the same. Plus if you get the saem sound with both axels doesn't that tell you that it's not the axles???

are you sure the axles are in all the way?

they should "snap" in

did it have any sounds like this before?

 

first, like skdrcr said, do you know the car didnt make this sound before the swap?

be sure that the axles are good....and installed correctly.....then if thats all good the tranny if f'ed....that sucks
