1990 DX to ZC Black Top question

1990 DX to ZC Black Top question
I have a 1990 CRX DX and I just bought a SOHC Black Top ZC engine to replace the high mileage stock one. Do I need to replace/change any of the wiring/ECU or can I just put my old throttle body intake and exhaust on to the new engine and call it good? I just need to get the car running well, I'll upgrade later.
