largest rim I'll run on a s2k would be 18's... anything higher belongs on a bimmer

Oh and what he said... check out the ssr sp1 professors

I could not agree more. I love the s1's--Although pricey . 19's will make your S look like a monster truck.

Only 19's that belong in your S2k where miniskirts and have nice a$$s but save that until your like 40 years old and your ready for that mid-life crisis.

Why?

Honda seems to have found a beautiful balance using 17" wheels...why would you want a smaller wheel? (besides slight weight difference that 98% of the drivers out there wouldnt gain anything from anyways)...

Last I checked, the new S2K comes with 17's. 18's look good. 19's are too big. Go with 18's with a nice offset to get a nice fatty lip. Hell yeah, that the way to go.

Honda didnt find a beautiful balance. Its called marketing, and obviously it worked.

From a looks standpoint 17's are fine, from a performance standpoint, run the smallest rims your brakes will allow.

Personally I would get some 16's Volks Te37's in Chrome. These rims are so sick and are awesome for road racing.

Interesting...considering the 04/05 WITH the 17's has better #'s all around just about, and hell, a little cosmetic improvment never hurt anything. I just find it funny that so many people are so dead set that anything over 16"s for wheels just completely ruins a car, when honestly, the difference wouldnt be noticeable hardly at all to a LARGE majority of the S2000 owners. We dont race our S2000...why would i want to put a smaller wheel on it? And what negative effects are my 17" wheels honda slapped on my wife's S2000 that the 2000-2003's didnt experience?

As far as balance...id say this car is quite possibly one of the MOST balanced cars i have ever driven...(withen reason...im sure exotics would prove me wrong but im not in the market for $80K+ cars either)...

Im just sick of all the "16" or less...the rest is worthless" Its almost as pointless on most of the cars in question as air difusers and what not...who gives a **** really?

...if your gonna claim this, show some facts to back it up. Show me where a 2004 S2000 is running faster with the change of 15" or 16" rims in any aspect over the stock 17" rims...im not saying your wrong, im just saying...show me.
